Cooked Wild Rice
Uncooked Shredded Lettuce
Uncooked Cucmber Cubes
Mango Kuchela (a lickle bit on the tip on your fork.. or a lot, it depends on your spice threshold)
Wish Bone House Italian Dressing (for the cucumber & lettuce)
Sounds bland, but believe me, this was a tasty quick meal. Mango Kuchela can be purchased at any Indian or West Indian food shops.
Enjoy!

I handled it professionally- wrote a professionally vague letter of resignation (Ctrl C-n- V’ed it, ssshhhhh) stating that my last day would be June 15th.
