What does well done mean to you? I say I want a steak well done, do not serve me what your idea of ‘well done and tastes good’ is. It is a never ending saga. I had been yearning a good burger for ages. I ordered one from a popular chain restaurant, with full confidence, and wound up sending it back at least 3 times. My partner was done with their meal by the time mine was out- burnt. Majority of meat eaters like their meats medium rare or bloody and still beating- er is it blue and still beating? AT any rate, I am not a majority of people- I never want to see pink on my meat. This is called well done. I am over the incompetency of these chefs- I have switched to chicken or salads- what a bore! People get it right! I will train!
