Hello world! I am still here~ I know I have neglected this blog, but I have manned up to it, and am back in the spirit to keep pushing. I had a little set back there, and you know how it goes…. I lose the oomph, which is a charcter trait I need to work on. At any rate, there is a lot going on in the world of Alligazm, but Iam at work right now and can’t really dilly dally for much longer here… oh yeah, I am a Sr Transport Coordinator nowadays.

I’ll be back later with updates and of course a nicer theme! I am loving Twitter these days!

When to Say Thank You

Beatmassa and I got into a small quarrel over when to say ‘thank you’. We went to see Batman: The Dark Knight, and in the car on the way back to the house we heatedly critiqued the movie. When we reached home, about 3 minutes after walking through the door he shouts from the other room, “You’re welcome!” I hadn’t even put my purse down, and technically he ran off. Now hold up- I am always very appreciative, and always thank everyone at that right time… and maybe more times after- over and over. I had every intention to thank Beatmassa. His argument is that I should have said ‘thank you’ in the car. Um well, when I’m having a heated discussion, especially in a car ride lasting only 5 minutes, the only thing I’m concentrating on is the already existing convo. Thanking happens when we are settled in to our future destination. If we were riding for 20 minutes, then yes indeed the words would-have-been-done-said. I say thank you right when I am handed/ given something, right when I notice what someone has done, right when I am given a compliment or even critiqued, just right at that good time…. De-virginize the Poi Time

Let me just get this off my chest right quick: waiting for the mailman to arrive with a highly anticipated package is like waiting for water to boil when the stove is not even on! I finally got my first fire toys today, the palm torches below and a pair of poi (both ordered from FireToys). Now I am highly anticipating the sun to go down so I can BURN BABY BURN! In the meanwhile, I am practicing and jamming out to Beatmassa’s song in progress. I’ll keep you updated once it’s complete…. check out the latest Silver Layer

Waiting In line for the New IPhone

…. was not I today. I will be honest, I never knew why the big hype for the new iphones, until my girl Hannah of What’s Happenin’ Hannah laid it down for me: “Oh the files are iiiin the computer?”: Zoolander. She informed me that everyone buys them and resells them for at least 50% mark up on ebay and other similar sites. Ooooh ok. I’m gonna admit that having one would not be too shabby, however, to stand in line all night and day, um not up my ALLEY. It is impressive to see the amount of people waiting for a $200 phone when I can most likely count on one hand how many of them participated in the gas strike on May 2nd. Sad, yeah? I wonder how many of the iphone happy’s will be waiting in line to vote 2008?

Almost a Dream Come True

Well it’s a closer than almost. If any of you have ever had the opportunity to hear my ultimate most vivid imagination on a tangent describing what I see when I hear Square Pusher’s: Iambic 9 Poetry on the Ultravisitor album, you will totally flip your lid after seeing Wall-E. M and I saw this movie tonight, and during the entire flick I could not get that song out of my head. It was my imagination come true, but with robots and space and all futuristic as opposed to beautiful colorful birds in a lush rain forest. It was still, just as my imagination, an absolutely moving must-see! I would have to say hands down in my Top 7 of all times. Yes, it was that good. I strongly suggest you check it out…. especially after listening to the recommended tune-age. I will admit tears were shed….

July 4th Fire Show

I performed in my 1st fire show for July 4th at a retirement wit ha few of the girls. I did aight… look forward to next time and being more experienced by then. Overall the Positive Vibe Fire Tribe rocked the house~ Check out the pics in my gallery and check out the video HERE.
